This is the first time in life I did yoga. I tried to join gym 2-3 times but each time it lasted only for one or two days. When I heard that Ajay is just starting online yoga classes I thought that I will attend for a couple of days and will give excuse that I'm not able to do it due to my leg. I've had surgery 2 years back but after attending session for a week I noticed that it's not that difficult. Maybe  it's Ajay who explains very well and give appropriate time to everyone. Highly recommended! Ajay is an incredible teacher with the great Soul and energy. He provides clear and precise directions which are easy to follow. Yoga classes could be deemed challenging or I feel with Ajay's classes I am so engaged within the practice due to his teaching style and flow. He's also  versatile in the sense that he tailors the class suited to your individual needs. The classes are for all levels and you leave with the boost of positive energy and a feeling of great balance and relaxation. Workout alone was quite boring, but here I don't feel like I'm doing alone. The sessions are well explained. I'm really enjoying it feel motivated and positive I realized now that even I can do it.

I got introduce to Ajay through my friend. In the initial days I found it exhausting to have a 1 hour session but over the period of time about 2 to 3 weeks I started getting comfortable with the one hour routine per day. My concept for yoga was quite different before I joined this class. His classes are a mix of core body workout, stretching, cardio and strength work. It's a very nice blend that Ajay has brought in with his many years of practice in yoga.

I'm doing Fusion yoga with Ajay. I'm the person who is very extremely lazy when it comes to working out, stretching or even waking up in the morning. But thanks to his excellent teaching style I now have a motivation to wake up and do my yoga first thing in the morning.

Ajay's session are very well arranged and you will not only get yoga but also cardio and strength work. His sessions are customized, begins with his know asking us what we feel like doing on the day and he really blends it well in the class. He is very good in delivering the instructions and focuses on individual targets as well.
